- How can I cancel my order?
Orders are usually dispatched very quickly once they have been received. Contact us by email at order@comet-accessories.co.uk or call us on 01482 592559 from Mon-Fri 8.30am-6pm, Sat 9am-6pm, Sun 10am-5pm. To inform us about which order you would like to cancel. Then, you should get confirmation by e-mail that your request for cancellation has been met in time.
- If I order from you again, do you keep my personal details or do I have to go through the order process from the beginning?
Your personal details will be saved and if you place a new order, your personal details will appear when you enter your email and password. For security reasons, we do not stock your card details, so these will need to be re-entered with each new order.
- How can I be sure my order has been cancelled?
Once your order has been cancelled, we will email you with confirmation of the cancellation.
- Why do you ask sometimes for a document to prove my address as well as an identity paper?

A person in your household may sign for the parcel, but they will be asked for some proof of identity.
